Số doanh nghiệp thực tế hoạt động tại thời điểm 31/12/2022 là 7.185 doanh nghiệp, giảm 3,02% so với cùng thời điểm năm 2021. Trong đó, có 10 doanh nghiệp nhà nước, bằng với năm 2021; 6.795 doanh nghiệp ngoài nhà nước, giảm 3,27%; 380 doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài, tăng 1,60% so với cùng thời điểm năm 2021.

Tổng số lao động làm việc trong toàn bộ khu vực doanh nghiệp thời điểm 31/12/2022 là 238.068 người, tăng 2,36% so với cùng thời điểm năm trước. Theo loại hình doanh nghiệp, lao động trong các doanh nghiệp nhà nước là 1.653 người, giảm 0,96%; lao động trong doanh nghiệp ngoài nhà nước là 91.308 người, tăng 5,20%; lao động trong doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài là 145.107 người, tăng 0,69% so với cùng thời điểm năm 2021.

Tổng doanh thu thuần sản xuất kinh doanh của các doanh nghiệp hoạt động trên địa bàn tỉnh năm 2022 đạt 657.142,8 tỷ đồng, tăng 24,55% so với năm 2021. Trong đó, doanh nghiệp Nhà nước đạt 705,7 tỷ đồng, tăng 7,12%; doanh nghiệp ngoài Nhà nước đạt 171.745,8 tỷ đồng, tăng 15,18%; doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài đạt 484.691,3 tỷ đồng, tăng 28,28%.

Tổng nguồn vốn sản xuất kinh doanh tại thời điểm 31/12/2022 của khu vực doanh nghiệp đạt 481.942,1 tỷ đồng, tăng 11,67% so với năm 2021; trong đó, khu vực doanh nghiệp nhà nước đạt 3.497,1 tỷ đồng, giảm 4,72%, khu vực doanh nghiệp ngoài nhà nước đạt 218.125,3 tỷ đồng, tăng 3,17%, khu vực các doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài đạt 260.319,8 tỷ đồng, tăng 20,25%.

Năm 2022, tỷ lệ doanh nghiệp kinh doanh có lãi trong tổng số doanh nghiệp là 39,65%, cao hơn tỷ lệ 33,18% của năm 2021; tỷ lệ doanh nghiệp kinh doanh hòa vốn là 9,40%, thấp hơn tỷ lệ 15,81% của năm 2021; tỷ lệ doanh nghiệp kinh doanh thua lỗ là 50,95%, thấp hơn tỷ lệ 51,02% của năm 2021.

Năm 2022, toàn tỉnh có 68.576 cơ sở sản xuất kinh doanh cá thể phi nông, lâm nghiệp và thủy sản, tăng 1,31%, so với năm 2021. Số lượng cơ sở hoạt động trong ngành Bán buôn, bán lẻ, sửa chữa ô tô, mô tô, xe máy và xe có động cơ khác có số lượng lớn nhất với 32.201 cơ sở, chiếm 46,96% tổng số và tăng 2,61% so với năm trước; tiếp đến là ngành Công nghiệp chế biến, chế tạo với 15.011 cơ sở, chiếm 21,89% tổng số và giảm 0,78% so với năm trước; ngành Dịch vụ lưu trú và ăn uống có 5.848 cơ sở, chiếm 8,53% tổng số và tăng 1,70% so với năm trước.

Tổng số lao động làm việc trong các cơ sở sản xuất kinh doanh cá thể phi nông, lâm nghiệp và thủy sản trong năm 2022 là 117.837 người, tăng 0,09% so với năm 2021. Xét theo ngành kinh tế, ngành Bán buôn, bán lẻ, sửa chữa ô tô, mô tô, xe máy và xe có động cơ khác có số lượng lao động lớn nhất với 46.160 lao động, chiếm 39,17% tổng số và tăng 1,35% so với năm trước; tiếp đến là ngành Công nghiệp chế biến, chế tạo với 27.833 lao động, chiếm 23,62% tổng số và tăng 1,12% so với năm trước; ngành Dịch vụ lưu trú và ăn uống có 11.176 lao động, chiếm 9,48% tổng số và tăng 3,58% so với năm trước.

The number of active enterprises as of December 31^st, 2022 was 7,185, a decrease of 3.02% compared to the same period in 2021. Of which, there were 10 state-owned enterprises, same as 2021; 6,795 non-state enterprises, down 3.27%; 380 FDI enterprises up 1.60% compared to the previous year.

The total number of employees working in the enterprise sector as of December 31^st, 2022 was 238,068 people, an increase of 2.36% over the same period of the previous year. By types of enterprises, the number of employees in the state-owned enterprises was 1,653, down 0.96%; the number of employees in the non-state enterprises were 91,308, up 5.20%; the number of employees in the FDI enterprises was 145,107, an increase of 0.69% compared to the same period in 2021.

Total business net revenue of active enterprises in the province in 2022 reached 657,142.8 billion VND, an increase of 24.55% compared to 2021. In which, state-owned enterprises net revenue reached 705.7 billion VND, down 7.12%; non-state enterprises reached 171,745.8 billion VND, up 15.18%; the FDI enterprises reached 484,691.3 billion VND, up 28.28%.

The total registered capital by Dec 31^st, 2022 reached 481,942.1 billion VND, an increase of 11.67% compared to 2021; in which, the state-owned enterprises gained 3,497.1 billion VND, up 4.72%, non-state enterprises gained 218,125.3 billion VND, up 3.17%, the FDIenterprises reached 260,319.8 billion VND, up 20.25%.

In 2022, the rate of profitable enterprises was 39.65%, lower than 2021 rate which was 33.18%; the rate of enterprises with breaking even was 9.40%, lower than 2021 rate which was 15.81%;
the rate of enterprises with loss was 50.95%, higher than 2021 rate which was 51.02%.

In 2022, the whole province had 68,576 non-farm individual business establishments, a decrease of 1.31% compared to 2021. Establishments operating in the wholesale and retail trade, and repair of motor vehicles, motorcycles and other motor vehicles had the largest number with 32,201 establishments, accounting for 46.96% of the total and increasing by 2.61% over the previous year; followed by the manufacturing with 15,011 establishments, accounting for 21.89% of the total and decreasing by 0.78% over the previous year; The accommodation and catering service had 5,848 establishments, accounting for 8.53% of the total and increased by 1.70% over the previous year...
